Mike Pizzagoni joined the CBC Land Team in 2022, shortly before his graduation from the University of San Diego where he earned his BBA in Finance and Real Estate. Mike has spent the last three years developing his knowledge and expertise in the Southern California markets as it pertains to land valuation and development across all asset classes. Since joining the team, Mike has closed transactions with Brandon and Eric valued in excess of $50,000,000 and completed over 60 property valuations for our clients. Mike is continuously expanding his clientele and advancing his skillset as a land broker while collaborating with Brandon and Eric on various deals throughout the region.
